2. Scope of Services
2.1. Services provided will be outlined in a written agreement, including project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
2.2. Any additional services or changes requested outside the original agreement may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. A non-refundable deposit (as specified in the agreement) is required to commence work.
3.2. Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files or website launch.
3.3. Late payments may incur a fee or delay in project delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Weiss Webs retains ownership of all preliminary work, drafts, and concepts.
4.2. Upon full payment, the Client gains rights to the final deliverables as specified in the agreement.
4.3. Weiss Webs reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions and Feedback
5.1. The number of revisions included will be detailed in the agreement. Additional revisions will be billed accordingly.
5.2. The Client must provide timely feedback to ensure project timelines are met.
6. Timelines and Deadlines
6.1. Weiss Webs will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines.
6.2. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., untimely feedback, incomplete information) may result in adjusted deadlines or additional costs.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Weiss Webs agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the Client.
7.2. The Client agrees not to share proprietary methods or materials of Weiss Webs without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Weiss Webs is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of deliverables once they are handed over to the Client.
8.2. Weiss Webs will not be held responsible for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, software).
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
9.2. In case of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, as applicable.
